*35  Observed the door located in the bar section - near the bathroom and pool table - to not be effectively protected to minimize the intrusion of insects or rodents (gap between the door and the ground is large enough to allow the entrance of pests). Provide for all openings that lead to the outside to be self-closing and tight fitting. 750.1170. 15 Days
Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units: the 2 box freezers located in the front bar area and the 3 box freezers in the bar storage area, and the freezer in the retail section that has a microwave on top of it. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. 750.140. Next Inspection
